Who do we recommend our packages to?
SMART-UP® Basic
A cloud-based asset management software solution that provides essential support for a limited group of users in creating the customer’s technical asset database and maintaining its up-to-date status.
One of the key features of the Basic package is that, following a brief software training session, users are able to independently build the technical asset database and subsequently perform data entry, updates and maintenance on their own.
SMART-UP® Plant
SMART-UP® Plant is the enhanced version of the Basic package. It is designed to manage an entire production facility or manufacturing plant and supports the day-to-day activities of the customer’s operations and maintenance organization.
Due to the complexity of the technical asset database, successful system implementation requires the active involvement of the System Operator, especially during the early stages of the project when the technological database needs to be developed within a short period of time.
SMART-UP® Offline Diagnostic
The Offline package is built on the Plant service package and, in addition to all of its functionality, enables the import and analysis of ad hoc or periodic measurements acquired using portable vibration diagnostic instruments within the SMART-UP® system.
Diagnostic measurement data is managed through an MS SQL Express database server; therefore, the assistance of the System Operator is required for importing measurement data into the system.
SMART-UP® Online Monitoring
The Online package is built on the Offline service package and, in addition to its full range of functionality, enables remote access to condition monitoring data acquisition units installed on monitored machines, as well as the collection, real-time visualization and archiving of continuously acquired measurement data.
The installation, configuration and maintenance of the remote condition monitoring data acquisition modules and sensors are carried out by the System Operator.
