- Thermographic inspections.
- Specialized machinery diagnostic measurements.
Rotor Dynamics Analysis of High-Value Rotating Equipment
Using the Bently Nevada ADRE 408 multi-channel diagnostic system or the TWAVE vibration analyzer, it is possible to investigate critical rotating machinery for which conventional vibration measurement techniques no longer provide a sufficient level of diagnostic detail.
The scope of the service may include:
- Startup and coastdown measurements and analyses.
- Identification and evaluation of critical speeds and resonance phenomena.
- Orbit, Bode, Polar and Cascade analyses.
- Shaft centerline investigations.
- Rotor-bearing system stability analysis.

SMART-UP® and Hybrid CMMS Integration
The primary purpose of the SMART-UP® Platform is to provide a unified environment for managing technical assets, diagnostic data and condition monitoring information. The hybrid CMMS integration, implemented through a data interface, enables condition monitoring and diagnostic data to directly support day-to-day maintenance processes as well.
Division of Responsibilities Within the Integration:
SMART-UP records assets → monitors condition → performs diagnostics → notifies the user → sends a work request to the CMMS.
CMMS receives the work request → plans and schedules the work order → documents task execution → feeds the results back into the SMART-UP system.
While SMART-UP® serves as the central platform for condition monitoring, diagnostics and technical asset data management, the CMMS supports the management of maintenance tasks, work orders, resources and execution processes. Together, they create an integrated digital environment that ensures the continuous flow of information from data acquisition and fault identification through to the execution of maintenance activities.
