TLW Ltd. - Decades of Experience Shaping the Future

TLW Ltd. focuses primarily on servicing and condition monitoring of rotating machines. We handle installations, repairs, maintenance, and efficiency improvements for critical machinery such as steam-, gas-, and water turbines, pumps, fans, compressors, and more. We also use vibration diagnostics and other non-destructive testing methods to assess their condition. We consider ourselves both doctors and rehabilitation specialists of rotating machines.

Our clients are primarily from power generation-, oil-, gas-, petrochemicals-, wastewater-, and food industries, where rotating machines are the heart of the production and manufacturing processes. Our accredited non-destructive and vibration diagnostic laboratory is unique in the country. We examine more than 3,000 pieces of equipment annually, and our team have over 120 years of collective expertise in vibration analysis.

We believe and assert that only precise, accurate, cost-effective solutions with unique quality assurance, strict adherence to deadlines, and a responsible attitude towards the environment should guide our work in our market. We are proud to be recognized for our quality workmanship by major corporations like SIEMENS Energy and HOWDEN (Chart Industries), with whom we have partnered for over 15 years.

SMART-UP® is TLW's latest service product

The primary goal of our PIACI-KFI-2020 RDI project, supported by the National Research, Development and Innovation Office (NKFI), iwas to establish, implement, and broadly apply a comprehensive industry “best practice” Rotating Machine Maintenance Knowledge Base and Maintenance Strategy Support System, namely the SMART-UP® system. This system is particularly aimed at servicing highly critical facilities and technologies classified under the SEVESO III hazard category, and bear significant national economic importance.

The SMART-UP® system is a technical condition monitoring software, developed by industry experts and can be s integrated into corporate IT infrastructure, while being aligned with Industry 4.0 standards. Our system is designed to fill the longstanding gap between financial-oriented Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) systems, and vibration diagnostic expert softwares. The essence of the SMART-UP® system is to provide a relatively simple, easily to understand dashboard where the machines’ lifetime history and technical condition can be tracked, monitored and documented daily. It allows 3rd party CMMS integration to initiate maintenance or diagnostic tasks while providing real-time condition monitoring as well. The test system is already in operation at several clients, while we are launching new SMART-UP® system implementation at several Customers in 2024.
